KIPP Shaft Collars K0611
The KIPP K0611 Shaft Collars are an extremely versatile product range with a variety of different application uses. Also known as locking rings, engineers’ collars, the KIPP one-piece shaft collar K0611 with clamping lever offers an extremely precise fitting and strong retaining force on shaft applications. Crucially, this technology ensures that the shaft the one-piece shaft collar is attached to, remains undamaged. Available in either steel or stainless steel, the thread size ranges from 10 mm to 50 mm.
Material: Steel 1.0718 Stainless steel 1.4305 Aluminium.
Version: Steel black oxidised, screw steel 12.9.
Stainless steel: bright, screw stainless steel A2-70.
Aluminium bright, screw stainless steel A2-70.
Note: One-piece shaft collars surround the shaft with a uniformly distributed clamping force. This leads to a dimensionally precise fit and very high retaining forces without damaging the shaft.
The shaft tolerance should lie within h11.
Form A: Standard shaft collar.
Temperature range: -40 °C to +175 °C.
